    The School of Statistics and Mathematics provides five undergraduate programs in Statistics, Information and Computing Science, Applied Statistics, Economic Statistics, Financial Mathematics; two international cooperation programs in Statistics(China-UK program), Information and Computing Science(Actuarial Science and Financial Computing). The School of Statistics and Mathematics also offers double majors in Statistics, Information and Computing Science (Actuarial Science and Financial Computing). The B.A. degree is somewhat broader and provides more flexibility in undergraduate programs.

    The SSM insists on institution of professors and associate professors for undergraduate teaching. In the past five years, the rate and quality of employment of graduates have ranked at top lists in that of the whole university. Furthermore, the rate of postgraduate examination is up to 30%, and that of graduates employment is up to 98%. The SSM offers students an outstanding intellectual environment and anticipates the changing needs of its students while serving the greater needs of society. The SSM has been successful in placing its graduates in good positions in government organizations, business, universities, research institutes and finance.
